Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not need to be home for your home to be cleaned. Most of our clients prefer to leave a key behind or give our office personnel their key which we keep safely.
Who will clean my home?
All our staff members have been screened and are continually undergoing training ensuring that you have the most satisfying experience in using our services.
Will I always have the same team?
We schedule the same cleaners to designated homes as often as we can, although, due to unforeseen circumstances we keep your cleaning needs as a priority and schedule a different cleaner
How will I know when to expect my cleaning?
We offer cleaning services Monday through Saturday. Our regular residential cleaning is done during the day while our commercial cleaning services vary according to the scheduled time agreed: day, evenings or night.
Do you provide the supplies or do you use my supplies?
Should you prefer that we use your supplies, we will be glad to accommodate you, otherwise we do come with our chosen supplies.
What do I need to do anything before you come?
For us to be effective in keeping your home clean we request that you pick up extra clothing, toys, and other household items that could interfere with the cleaning of your home.

What are my payment options?
Some clients prefer to leave a check in an envelope on the kitchen table or counter top. Payment must be made on the day of each visit.
What do I do with my indoor pets?
For the safety of our cleaners we advice that the pet be put on a leash, otherwise we will make sure that the pets do not escape from the house.
What if something is damaged while you clean my home?
Amato Maids gives your home the utmost attention, however, in case of any unintentional damages or breakages we will make every effort to replace or repair the items. All damages or breakages should be reported within 48 hours of the cleaning.
